I’m disgusted and angry by responses I’ve got for supporting Angelina Jolie’s brave decision to have, and announce that she had a double mastectomy. Some have been directed at me, and some at her “attention seeking”. I think it’s bad enough when I get these from men, but when i get them from females, the gender she announced her surgery too, in hopes that she can spread awareness, it makes me feel worse. You’re a female. She did this to help women like us. Michelle Heaton did the same thing, but what because she’s not a Hollywood A Lister she is brave? She didn’t want to die from a disease that she had an 87% chance of developing, and her own mother had died from. She wanted to live to see her children grow up, marry the man she loves, enjoy her life. I was also told that my argument was invalid because only one member of my close family has had breast cancer. That is fucking disgusting. It wouldn’t matter if any or none of my family had or had the disease, I’m still allowed an opinion, as a women, as a human. And don’t belittle her battle, because that’s a fucking joke! And if one more person calls me fucked up for sticking up for Angelina Jolie, I’m going to go fucking mental. It’s things like this that make me disgusted to be a human being.

4 mile fast walking. (2 miles to work, 2 miles back),
Went shopping for 1 hour (walking),
Work 7 hours (walking, standing, up/down stairs, heavy lifting ect),
1 hour on the exercise bike,
30 reps on each legs of 30 leg lifts (hold as long as possible,
30 reps of the tummy twist.
